A formal Turn-Over Ceremony was held at the Northern Police District, marking a significant leadership transition within the organization. Outgoing District Director, PBGEN JOSEFINO D LIGAN, officially relinquished his post and turned over the command to the Incoming District Director, PBGEN ARNOLD E ABAD.

The ceremony was presided over by PMGEN ANTHONY A ABERIN, Regional Director, NCRPO, who led the ceremonial turnover rites, emphasizing the importance of continuity in leadership and the shared commitment to public service.

PBGEN LIGAN was recognized for his exemplary leadership and dedicated service, while PBGEN ABAD was warmly welcomed as he takes on the responsibility of leading the NPD in its continued pursuit of peace, order, and public safety in the CAMANAVA area.
