In a significant and meaningful ceremony held at the Northern Police District Headquarters, the official Turnover of Office between the outgoing Acting District Director, PBGEN ARNOLD E ABAD, and the incoming Acting District Director, PBGEN JERRY V PROTACIO, was formally conducted on July 14, 2025.
The ceremony was graced and spearheaded by the esteemed Guest of Honor and Speaker, PMGEN ANTHONY A ABERIN, Regional Director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
