In a significant move toward modernizing law enforcement and promoting sustainable practices, the Valenzuela City Police Station officially received a fleet of electric vehicles during a launching and turnover ceremony held earlier today at the ALERT Center Grounds, Valenzuela City.

This milestone underscores the continued efforts of the Northern Police District (NPD) and the local government of Valenzuela to deliver better, faster, and more efficient public service. The introduction of electric vehicles demonstrates their shared commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility, and a stronger, more visible police presence on the ground.

The new fleet is expected to enhance the mobility of the Valenzuela police force, enabling quicker emergency responses and more effective patrolling across the city. These vehicles represent not just progress, but also environmental consciousness and an unwavering dedication to public safety.

The event was graced by key personalities, including Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III and Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla, who served as guests of honor. Also in attendance were Senator Win Gatchalian, Vice Mayor Lorie Natividad-Borja, members of the Valenzuela City Council, Police Lieutenant General Edgar Alan Okubo (Chief of the Directorial Staff), Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan (District Director, Northern Police District), and other city officials and police personnel.

This collaboration between the police and the local government serves as a strong testament to unity and a shared vision for a safer, greener, and more progressive Valenzuela City.
