Valenzuela City – June 19, 2025 — In a determined effort to uphold justice and protect the vulnerable, operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of Valenzuela City Police Station (VCPS) successfully arrested a 25-year-old male accused wanted for multiple grave offenses, including Violation of Sec. 5(B) of R.A. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act), Qualified Rape of a Minor, and Rape by Sexual Assault, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest tagged as Most Wanted Person (MWP).
The arrest was carried out at around 5:10 PM on June 19, 2025 at Barangay Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City. The accused, who shall be referred to by his alias “Alias Rafael,” was apprehended based on the issued by Hon. Marissa Pajuelas Estabaya, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 111, Bacoor City, Cavite. No bail was recommended.
The arrest was executed using Body-Worn Camera (BWC), ensuring transparency and adherence to operational protocols. Following the arrest, the suspect underwent medical examination at the Valenzuela City Health Department and was later turned over to the Custodial Section Facility Unit pending return of the warrant to the court of origin.
